Healthy Habits in Motion
We love getting kids up, moving and learning about healthy choices in fun, hands-on ways. Whether it’s tasting new fruits, chatting about what foods help our bodies grow strong or dancing and playing outdoors, Munch & Move is all about building healthy habits that stick. It’s active, it’s engaging and most importantly, the kids love it!

Bringing the World to Our Doorstep
Each month, we bring something exciting and new to the children with 1-2 hands-on incursions hosted by expert providers. From getting up close with animals to diving into fun science experiments, these experiences open up new worlds for the kids to explore.
