What makes our team special?

• Experienced Leadership: Our Early Childhood Teacher is our dedicated Nominated Supervisor, guiding our daily operations, championing safety and inclusivity, and leading our thoughtful Transition to School program.

• Educational Excellence: Our first Diploma-trained Educational Leader and 2nd in Charge expertly implements our enriching program and mentors our educators, while also creating a stimulating and safe outdoor environment aligned with our Munch and Move approach.

• Diverse Perspectives: Our second Diploma Educator leading our Reconciliation Action Plan ensures Indigenous perspectives are woven into our daily learning, while also driving our sustainability initiatives.

• Engaging Environments: Our Certificate III Educator brings a friendly and supportive presence and contributes positively to the overall atmosphere for both children and educators.

• Global Insights: Our experienced third Diploma Educator brings a wealth of knowledge from years in the industry, including valuable international experience!

• Growing Talent: We're thrilled to welcome our newest team member, currently completing her Certificate III, who is already building wonderful connections with the children.
